Try and eat raw garlic and onion every day. The photonutrients present in them is quite essential. Pumpkin be it canned or cooked in any form is fine. Walnuts, almonds and ground nuts must be consumed in moderation. Baked whole wheat chips, tortillas and cantaloupes can be consumed. Bean and chickpea dishes must be added to your diet.

Normal oil must be replaced with olive oil as it is low in fat and cholesterol
Peanuts, walnuts, almonds in moderation (be careful not to gain weight)
Fat free milk such as skimmed milk
What you should avoid?
Avoid aerated drinks and colas which have a lot of sugar in them! Limit your self to consumption of Egg yolks, full-fat dairy products such as milks, cheeses, sour cream and ice cream, butter and lard. A good diet would be to confine your self to refined sugars and saturated fats.
